Wild Blueberry Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 serving protein powder (I use Kion or Promix)

  • 1 cup ice

  • 3/4 cup milk (any milk of your choice)

  • 1 cup wild blueberries

Directions:

Blend on a high speed blender & serve
